Meet the Directors

Mahendra Agrawal is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT Jamshedpur and holds a postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA. With over four decades of diverse professional and entrepreneurial experience, he has led businesses across consumer durables, industrial products, infrastructure, logistics, and fintech.

He spent nearly 15 years with the Reliance Group, serving as Executive Director of a globally scaled greenfield polyester yarn facility at Silvassa and later as President of Reliance Logistics Ltd. Currently, he is Director at India Money Mart, a tech-enabled online lending platform.

Known for successfully turning around sick units and driving futuristic ventures, he brings deep industry insight, leadership, and a strong network to inspire and enable teams.

Jayesh Gogri is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an upright entrepreneur with extensive experience in advising corporates across India. He brings over two decades of rich professional experience, with core focus areas spanning advisory, litigation and coaching in the domains of law, tax, systems, and finance.
He has held senior leadership roles, including VP – Indirect Taxes at SKP Cross Border Consulting and Partner at MZSK Associates (now BDO). Jayesh is currently the Managing Director of GSC Intime Services Pvt. Ltd.
He has advised numerous national and international entities across sectors such as Banking, Real Estate, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Steel, Logistics, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture, Energy, Textiles, Medical, and Retail.

Arun Kumar Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and possesses two decades of experience in the various areas of Indirect Taxation.
He regularly represents the industry and trade bodies before the Government on numerous issues in Indirect Taxation. Presently, he is the Director of ARS Management Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., which is a leading management consultancy house in the field of Indirect Taxation namely Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax and State VAT since 2001, and now Good & Services Tax (GST). He is a regular corporate trainer and a visiting faculty on Indirect Taxes/ Accounting/ Auditing for Revenue officials as well as for various universities and institutes.
Arun has contributed towards many eminent books and he's the author of "Commentary on West Bengal VAT" and "Practical Guide to WBVAT Audit". He has also been regularly appearing in print and electronic media. With the help of his vast network, he brings in the excellent connectivity with many medium & large corporates.

Ashok Batra is a Law graduate and renowned Chartered Accountant, and an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. With nearly four decades of practice, he has extensive expertise in both Direct and Indirect Taxation.

He has authored numerous articles on contemporary taxation issues published in leading journals and has represented the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in multiple roles, including orator, writer, and member of the Indirect Tax Committee. He has also successfully argued several cases before the CESTAT, with many decisions in favour of his clients.

Subhasis Ghosh, ex-Indian Air Force officer, with 30+ years in logistics and leadership at NIIT, Reliance, and Maersk, is Managing Partner at Apex Group, aiding businesses in supply chain, tech, and M&A. He’s a certified Independent Director with expertise in Defense, Aerospace, Petroleum, Retail, and Ports & Logistics, and mentors in these fields.

Sangeet Modi

Sangeet Modi, with a Master’s in Computer Science and 30 years in software development, founded Computree Infotech, now part of Optimize IT Systems, specializing in web and mobile apps. He directs India Money Mart, a tech lending platform, and has experience in textile, agro-commodity, and metal scrap exports from Africa.

Deepak Jakate

Deepak Jakate, an Engineer-MBA with a PGDM from IIM Bangalore, has over 30 years of experience in industry, academics, and consulting. He worked with Asian Paints, Tatas, and Reliance, and founded Envision Management Services, offering consulting, research, and training in Strategy, Supply Chain, Six Sigma, and Leadership. He has served multinational and Indian firms, is a visiting faculty at management institutes in India and abroad, and was core faculty at S.P. Jain Institute in Mumbai.

Sanjiv Chourasia

Sanjiv Chourasia, with a Master’s in Computer Science, MBA, and certifications in Six Sigma, Disruptive Innovation, and AI, has 25 years of digital transformation experience. Based in Toronto, he’s Co-Founder and CEO of Public Incubator Inc., mentoring startups globally and consulting for financial institutions. He creates simple solutions for complex problems using custom frameworks.

Prerana Shah

Prerana Shah, [a] Chartered Accountant with an M.Com, has 16+ years drafting legal deeds, specializing in Indian real estate laws and RERA compliance. She structures complex real estate deals and worked in indirect tax at Nexdigm, BDO, and EY. She’s led GSC Intime’s legal division as independent director for five years and conducts RERA sessions with ICAI.

Ratnakar Mehendale

Ratnakar Mehendale, ICWA and M.Com, with 40+ years in Business Process Re-engineering, M&A, IPOs, and CFO roles, worked at Sharp & Tannan, Gammon, NTC, and NRB Group. He managed 130+ contracts, secured 10-12 crore SICOM subsidies yearly, audited Tata Finlay Mills, and led 15 National Rayon plants.

Prasanna Sudke

Prasanna Sudke, a Chartered Accountant and LLB, with over 10 years of industry experience, runs P.G. Sudke & Co. and is Managing Partner at GSC & Co. LLP, offering audit, tax, business advisory, RERA, and GST compliance services. Formerly with SKP Crossborder Consulting, he advises on indirect tax for leasing, e-commerce, and real estate. Naresh Agarwal

Naresh Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant, Law Graduate from Calcutta University, and DISA (ICAI) holder, with over 30 years of experience, specializes in audits, taxation, internal audit, MIS, cost control, system development, and statutory compliances. As Founder & Senior Partner of Agarwal Naresh & Co., he is a founding member of Kolkata NCLT Bar Association and part of the Direct Taxes sub-committee of Merchants’ Chamber of Commerce. Samya Senugupta
